Douglas Luiz could be leaving Juventus this summer after just one season with the Serie A club following his move from Aston Villa.
The Brazilian has made a move even likelier with an unauthorised absence from the Italian club giving clubs who are interested in the midfielder a huge boost in potentially signing him this summer.

Three Premier League clubs could be fighting for a signature of the former Aston Villa player.
West Ham and Everton are amongst the biggest contenders with the former just a bit shorter in the odds.
But Forest’s odds have been slashed from 5/1 to 3/1 just this afternoon.
However, a move to a Serie A rival would also be likely to speed a transfer through having already set a base in Italy just a year ago.
And that’s partly why AC Milan are the narrow favourites at 11/4 just ahead of West Ham and Forest.
The 27-year-old became a huge part of Aston Villa in his five years at the club, becoming a dependable part of the starting XI at the heart of midfield making 175 appearances in total.
So a move back to the Premier League where he called home for so long is very possible and right now there are a list of big options for the Brazilian.
All of which keen to bolster their squad ahead of the 2025/26 season.
