Adam Sandler has commented on longtime pal Jennifer Aniston’s new romance with Jim Curtis.

At the premiere of Happy Gilmore 2 on Monday, July 21, Sandler, 58, was asked if he was happy for Aniston, 56, who has been “summering” with a “new love in her life.”

“Come on, whatever is going on with Aniston, I’m happy for her,” he told Access Hollywood on the red carpet at the New York City event. “She’s just a solid human being, anything she’s doing. But I’m always wishing the best because I love her.”

Sandler and Aniston have been friends for decades, having appeared in three films together over the years: Just Go With It, Murder Mystery and Murder Mystery 2.

Jennifer Aniston Is Radiating 'Love' After Romantic Vacay With Jim Curtis

Sandler’s well wishes came weeks after Aniston was spotted on vacation with Curtis, 49, earlier this month in Mallorca, Spain, in photos obtained by Daily Mail. In the pictures, Curtis could be seen caressing Aniston’s hair and holding her hand as they chatted with some of her famous pals, who were also on the trip.

Shortly after, Us Weekly confirmed the pair were officially dating.

“They’ve been hanging out a lot, but very much on the DL at her home in L.A.,” an insider exclusively told Us at the time. “It’s very Zen, and she has always been very much into that. They’re a good match.”

Aniston and Curtis were friends first before things turned romantic, per the source, who added that the couple were keeping things “super private.”

In a newsletter following the vacation, Curtis, a wellness coach and hypnotist, opened up about his travels.

“I am back from vacation and what an experience!” he wrote on July 14, per Page Six. “When I was sick, sad, stuck and in pain I never thought I would have the abundance, joy and love I now experience on a daily basis.”

Curtis’ Instagram is full of videos sharing his advice and wisdom about love, relationships and breakups — something Aniston has grown to greatly appreciate.

“She loves his perspective and insight,” a source told Us last week. “Jen has always been spiritual, but he has opened her eyes more and is very knowledgeable, which is something she adores.”

Aniston has engaged with Curtis’ Instagram posts, liking one of his videos telling followers to “repeat after me.”

“I trust that love can be kind, consistent and true. It’s safe for me to be seen, loved and chosen. I release the pain of the past,” he said in the clip.

Additionally, Aniston shared a photo of Curtis’ 2024 book, Shift: Quantum Manifestation Guide: A Workbook for Coding a New Consciousness, via Instagram in May.
