Cade Cunningham missed the Detroit Pistons' 108-93 win over the Chicago Bulls with a wrist contusion.
Cunningham is also dealing with a hip contusion.
Jalen Duren and Tobias Harris also sat out for the Pistons.
The Pistons lead the Eastern Conference with a 28-9 record.
