Millwall captain Jake Cooper has signed a new contract keeping him at the Championship side until the summer of 2027.
The 30-year-old centre-back has played 411 times and is two games away from becoming equal fifth on the Lions' list of all-time appearance-makers.
The former Reading player initially joined Millwall on loan in January 2017 before making the move permanent the following summer.
"It was a pretty easy deal to do, to be honest," Millwall director of football Steve Gallen told the club website.
"We wanted him to stay and Jake wanted to stay - so when both parties are thinking the same thing, it makes it a lot easier.
"Jake is our club captain and a fantastic presence on and off the pitch.
"His longevity is brilliant and it looks as though he is getting better with age. It's a good day for the club."
