The 10-4 Buffalo Bills head to chilly Cleveland to take on the 3-11 Browns this Sunday. The Bills are coming off a big win against the Patriots, but need to keep up their winning ways for a good shot at the AFC East title. This could be a letdown spot for the Bills, but they are 10.5-point road favorites. They should be able to overcome any big game hangover.
One player they need to get going is Khalil Shakir. He’s shown good upside, but his usage fluctuates wildly. Can we trust him in the fantasy playoffs this week?
Below, we’ll go over Khalil Shakir’s outlook in fantasy football for Week 16.
Fantasy Football analysis: Bills, WR, Khalil Shakir
If you’re looking for a consistently strong floor from Shakir, you aren’t going to get it. Since Week 8 he’s had three games where he was WR29 or better and five where he was WR33 or worse. Over the last three weeks he has seen 4, 3, and 5 targets. The five games before that, his target numbers were much better at 7, 8, 9, 3, and 10. He’s just too inconsistent to count on this week if you can help it.
