Wrexham defender Liberato Cacace has withdrawn from the New Zealand squad for their two upcoming friendlies against Colombia and Ecuador.
Manager Phil Parkinson says the left back suffered a calf injury during last week's game at Portsmouth.
"Libby's calf unfortunately tightened up after Wednesday," Parkinson said after Saturday's win over Charlton.
"I don't think it's too serious, but it looks like keeping him out of the international games."
The 24-year-old left back, who has won 33 caps for his country, joined Wrexham from Italian side Emopli in the summer on a three-year-deal.
However, he has only made seven appearances for the Red Dragons following an injury-hit start to his career with the Welsh club.
Cacace missed a chunk of games having suffered a hamstring injury against Southampton on the opening day of the Championship season.
He also did not feature for more than six weeks after playing in the 2-0 win at Millwall in late August.
Wrexham's next game is against Ipswich on 22 November.
