The best curling teams in the nation are heading to South Dakota this week on the road to the 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

This year's men's and women's divisions will feature four teams, and each squad will bring at least four curlers. Laura Dwyer and Steve Emt will face Penny Ricker and David Samsa in the Wheelchair Mixed Doubles series.

While the Wheelchair Mixed Doubles winners will move on to the Paralympics in March, this week is only step one for the men's and women's teams. Whoever emerges as the winner in each competition will represent the U.S. in the last-chance Olympic Qualification Event in Canada in December to try and earn one of the last two spots in the Milan Cortina 2026 field.

Team USA has only won two Olympic curling medals, with the men securing a bronze in 2006 and a gold in 2018. Which teams will have a chance to add to that total?

Here is everything you need to know about the USA Olympic curling trials, including TV and streaming options for games.
