Isabela Ferrer made her first public appearance since her legal drama with Justin Baldoni.
Ferrer, 24, stepped out on September 13 for New York Fashion Week. She was in attendance at the Alice + Olivia by Stacey Bendet Spring 2026 Presentation at Surrogate’s Court.
The It Ends With Us actress donned an all-black ensemble with a matching handbag. Ferrer wore her hair down with natural waves.
In addition to Ferrer, Ashlee Simpson, Nicky Hilton, Liz Gillies, Brooks Nader and more stars were spotted at the fashion event.
Isabela Ferrer Accuses Justin Baldoni of 'Harassing' Her Over Subpoena
Ferrer’s appearance comes one month after she accused Baldoni of “harassing” her with a subpoena amid his and Blake Lively’s ongoing lawsuit.
Ferrer played the younger version of Lively’s character in the Colleen Hoover film adaptation. When working on the film, Ferrer previously shared that she had a good experience working alongside Baldoni in her first major film role.
According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly in August, Ferrer’s legal team claimed Baldoni’s subpoena and motion were “transparent efforts to exert pressure on Ms. Ferrer.” Ferrer’s allegations were made in response to Baldoni’s motion, which claimed that the actress has been unreachable and unresponsive.
“Baldoni has tried to manipulate, threaten, control and otherwise act inappropriately towards Ms. Ferrer,” her attorneys alleged in the docs.
Ferrer’s team asked the court to deny Baldoni’s motion and impose sanctions on him.
Following Ferrer’s response, Baldoni’s lawyers submitted a letter to the judge denying Ferrer’s harassment claims. Baldoni’s team argued that Lively issued a subpoena against Ferrer first, back in February, which was accepted by Ferrer’s attorney.
Baldoni’s attorneys claimed that they submitted their own subpoena for Ferrer to obtain “documents that she either neglected to produce or were not requested” by Lively’s team. According to the letter, Baldoni’s team requested the information from Ferrer’s lawyer “twice,” which was allegedly “ignored.”

Lively and Baldoni’s legal drama began in December 2024 when the actress accused her It Ends With Us costar and director of sexual harassment, creating a hostile work environment and purposefully creating a smear campaign against her. Baldoni denied the allegations and countersued Lively.
Baldoni’s lawsuit was dismissed by the judge in June. Lively’s lawsuit remains ongoing and is scheduled for trial in March 2026.
As they gear up for trial, Lively was deposed by Baldoni’s legal team in July. Lively’s friend Taylor Swift was also going to be deposed in October, but the judge shut down Baldoni’s request for an extension.
