Rosie O’Donnell is feeling like a brand new woman after her body transformation, sharing a dressing room photo that left her taken aback.
The former View host, 63, revealed her reaction over her changed appearance via Instagram after opening up about her weight loss journey.
“OK, so went shopping to [buy] a comfy lounge wear outfit for my 22-hour flight to Australia,” O’Donnell began her post on Tuesday, August 12, admitting she “was undecided” on what to purchase since she is still stunned to see “this new smaller body.”
The Rosie O’Donnell Show alum revealed her pals captured the snapshot of her wearing a casual all-black outfit perfect for travel, featuring a zip-up jacket that highlights her frame paired with matching flared pants.
Rosie O'Donnell and More Stars Who’ve Used Mounjaro for Weight Loss
“I am shocked im a 12,” she wrote, adding the hashtag, “#mounjaro is a life saver.”

The Find Me author — who is the mom of Parker, 30, Chelsea, 27, Blake, 25, Vivienne, 22, and Clay, 12 — shared just one month ago that Mounjaro helped her shed 50 pounds.
Earlier this year, the stand-up star posted another update on TikTok while taking Mounjaro, an FDA-approved prescription GLP-1 medication for people with type 2 diabetes that has also gained popularity due to its impact on weight management.
“I’ve lost more weight. I am on Mounjaro for my diabetes and one of the side effects is you lose weight,” she said in March. “But it’s also because I had a chef for over two years in Los Angeles and I don’t have a chef now.”
O’Donnell moved to Ireland in January and said she has been cooking for herself and Clay.
“I’m one of those people who’s always had a weight issue and now that I’m a size large, instead of an XL or a 2XL, I find it shocking,” she said. “I’ve been wearing elastic-waist pants for a very long time.”
Whoopi Goldberg Says Mounjaro Helped Her Lose the Weight of '2 People'
O’Donnell has been on Mounjaro since late 2022 and made more lifestyle changes amid her wellness journey.
In a January 2023 post on TikTok, she revealed that drinking “five or six Diet Cokes a day” became a thing of the past. “All I drink is water now, and I’m not eating sugar as much as I can.”
More recently, the Emmy winner also tried out the viral “Tiffany plate” trend, coined by weight loss influencer Tiffany Magee.
“This is my first Tiffany platter,” O’Donnell said in a video shared in May. “It’s on TikTok and everyone makes their own little healthy food thing and then they eat it during the day. So mine has Babybel reduced fat cheese, eggs, sausage, mushrooms, olives, a little bit of chicken breast, some vegetables and some fruit.”
